殺戮尖塔 2 的構築邏輯與初代不同。Boss 遺物被遠古取代，奇巧、災厄、星辰、靈魂等新機制創造了初代不存在的流派，而每個回歸職業至少新增了兩條構築路線。在下方選擇職業查看所有流派排名，或瀏覽概覽找到下一場對局的最強構築。

鐵甲戰士構築在所有職業中擁有最高下限。燃燒之血 + 惡魔型態 + 極限突破可在所有高難度等級穩定疊加力量。九個流派包括虛無引擎、格擋 / 路障、自傷 / 破裂，以及全新的地獄打擊引擎。
靜默獵手構築擁有遊戲中最高的傷害天花板。帶有奇巧的卡牌在被棄掉時觸發免費效果——這是殺戮尖塔 2 獨有的全新機制。五個流派包括毒素催化、飛刀連發、幽靈型態防禦，以及無限棄牌循環。

構築對比初代
力量疊加和虛無仍是核心流派，但新增了三條路線：自傷 / 破裂將生命損失轉化為永久力量、地獄打擊引擎獎勵保留打擊卡、弱點疊加利用重製的易傷 / 虛弱協同。虛無引擎仍可構建無限循環，使鐵甲戰士成為最具適應性的職業。
由全新的奇巧關鍵字領銜——帶有奇巧的卡牌在被棄掉時觸發效果，創造了初代不存在的棄牌傷害引擎，社群評為 S+ 級，是遊戲中天花板最高的構築。毒素（催化乘法）和飛刀連發依然可行。
永久集中疊加被移除；寶珠策略現在取決於寶珠數量和循環速度。利爪搭配光束電池回歸實現零費循環。新增包括同步 + 粉碎爆發、玻璃寶珠全體傷害，以及狀態卡 / 燃料流派。
完全全新的職業，在初代中沒有對應。圍繞靈魂、災厄和虛無協同。頂級構築（靈魂 / 纏魂）在循環靈魂卡牌的同時觸發纏魂傷害，精煉牌組。災厄處決在敵人身上疊加災厄進行處決爆發。
同樣是全新職業，圍繞跨回合持續的星辰資源構建。頂級構築是星辰校準——校準將星辰轉換為能量，七星將星辰轉化為全體傷害。虛空型態引擎是 S 級替代方案，在被動累積星辰的同時降低卡牌費用實現無限成長。
對局中構築原則
成功的構築不是預先規劃的——它們從卡牌獎勵、商店和遺物中浮現。判斷當前手牌支援哪條構築路線，是攀爬高難度最重要的技能。
第一幕中大多數構築尚未成形。優先選擇跨多個流派都強力的通用卡牌。鐵甲戰士的燃燒在力量和虛無路線中都有用；靜默獵手的偷襲在毒素、飛刀和奇巧路線中同樣強力。
到第二幕中期，你的構築方向應該明確。如果拿到惡魔型態就投入力量路線；如果拿到墮落就投入虛無路線。在高難度中，分散構築方向是最常見的失敗原因。

殺戮尖塔 2 構築常見問題
Ironclad has the highest floor among all Slay the Spire 2 builds with two S-tier archetypes (Strength Scaling and Exhaust Engine). Silent’s Sly Discard build has the highest damage ceiling in the game but requires precise draft sequencing. Defect Claw Spam and Necrobinder Soul/Haunt round out the S-tier Slay the Spire 2 builds.
Several classic Slay the Spire 2 builds carry over from the original game with minor adjustments. Ironclad Strength, Silent Poison, and Defect Claw all transfer directly. Boss Relics are gone (replaced by Ancients), permanent Focus stacking is removed from Defect, and Dead Branch still works for Exhaust builds. New Slay the Spire 2 builds like Silent Sly Discard, Necrobinder Doom, and Regent Stars have no STS1 equivalent.
Slay the Spire 2 Ironclad builds are the safest starting point — Burning Blood heals you, and the Demon Form + Limit Break Strength Scaling combo is forgiving to learn. Slay the Spire 2 Silent builds centered on Poison are the second easiest with a clear win condition through Catalyst multiplication. Slay the Spire 2 Defect builds around Lightning Orbs are also beginner-friendly.
Slay the Spire 2 Ironclad builds cover 9 viable archetypes. Slay the Spire 2 Defect builds include 8 archetypes. Slay the Spire 2 Necrobinder builds offer 8 archetypes. Slay the Spire 2 Silent builds have 5 archetypes. Slay the Spire 2 Regent builds feature 6 archetypes. Most characters also have an infinite loop variant that cuts across archetypes, bringing the total to 34+ Slay the Spire 2 builds.
The Ironclad Exhaust + Barricade build is the consensus strongest high-Ascension Slay the Spire 2 build. Corruption + Dark Embrace + Feel No Pain creates an engine that generates massive Block every turn while cycling your entire deck. Barricade retains that Block, and Body Slam converts it into lethal damage. Silent Sly Discard and Regent Stars Alignment are close alternatives for experienced players.
Slay the Spire 2 builds function the same way in co-op, but team composition matters. Pairing a defensive build (Ironclad Block, Defect Frost) with an offensive build (Silent Sly Discard, Regent Stars) lets one player tank while the other scales. Necrobinder builds that generate Doom on enemies benefit the whole team. Slay the Spire 2 builds that rely on long setup turns (Demon Form, Barricade) are safer in co-op because teammates absorb pressure.
